Have you ever wondered why what we all call “the law of the Land” is so elusive? And, disregarded by the institutions that are supposed to be protecting us? Namely, the government, police, and the courts?
The reason for any government to exist is to protect the people and their property. That’s it.
As an American and state national, you deserve the protections and remedies that have been hidden from you for generations. The good news is that many historians and researchers have spent countless hours researching the intended governmental structure. The government that our founders set up. The actual history of the united States of America from the end of the Civil War to this moment.
When you were born, your parents registered your birth with the state where you were born via a Birth Certificate. However, this registration was a deceptive and fraudulent act. In legal terms, this act converted your status from “American” to “US citizen” (aka, “citizen of the United States“).
You may ask yourself, “what is the big deal?”
However, this “unlawful act” changed your legal status and your standing in the law. Rather than being recognized as “a living being on the Land and Soil”, you were converted to a “person lost in the jurisdiction of the Sea.”
The State Assemblies not only provides the necessary education to understand the situation, but also provides a simple paperwork process to correct your status. Once you claim your corrected status as a State National, you live and breathe on the land, regain your unalienable rights outlined in our founding documents, and can participate in self-governing, which is what our system requires.

The State Assemblies are accomplishing real change
We created a National Credential Card to identify us in our proper jurisdiction for law enforcement. Each county and state must take part in the reconstruction of the republic, which did not happen at the end of the Civil War. In order for this card to carry weight with the current statutory system, we must reconstruct the republic, declare our status as nationals not citizens and move away from the statutory system to the common tradition that is the republic.
Both the North and the South were bankrupted from borrowing money from British bankers to fund the war. The existing shattered government of the time, caved to the demands of the British bankers and an “incorporated” UNITED STATES was created. These so-called “government service corporations” (UNITED STATES, STATE OF FLORIDA, STATE OF MAINE, etc.) were touted as being put in place to handle infrastructure and commerce until the states reconstructed their governments of the people.
But neither the states not the counties ever did. We weren’t there at the time of the Civil War, so we don’t know why or how a people that fought so hard for independence actually placed themselves back in the hands of Britain. But, one could surmise that after years of grueling war, the people were just to tired to do anything involving work, that they just reveled in the new-found peace.
But, they shirked a duty that haunts us to this day. We are at a crossroads where communism could infiltrate the country, in large part, due to the sacrifice of liberty. No one knows what liberty is in this world today. Requiring a license and registration in order to travel, is not Liberty. Your car being impounded for lack of registration, is not the liberty of property ownership. Being evicted from the land that you bought with your blood, sweat and tears because you didn’t pay your property taxes (rent), is not liberty. Being forced to pay income tax against your will, or have wages or assets seized, is not liberty. And, yet every living american today things this is normal.
In the process of reconstruction. We must form our courts called Jural Assemblies and we must develop a Peace Keeping Force which reboots the Land Jurisdiction County Sheriffs.
We are teaching people how to respond to the predatory practices of foreign courts, the IRS, and all other agencies that are abusing their power to entrap people through false contracting.
We are restoring our Lawful government and we are asking for your participation. Our effort is not about politics, it is about criminality and lack of accountability. You cant have liberty if you are not willing to assert your God-given and constitutionally protected rights. You need a republic for this.
A democracy is a corporate agreement that you have signed (ie, 1040, Auto Registration, Driver’s License, Corporate Registration, Marriage License, Warranty Deed, etc.). The constitution protects your right to unlimited private contracting. And, the bankers have used that fact against you by deceiving you into contracts with the fake government structures that people now call, “our democracy“. Democracy is embraced as if it is freedom and it is the exact opposite. You have actually surrendered your constitutionally protected rights to the contract (under penalties of perjury) wherein your very life and liberty is compromised.
Democracy is the exact opposite of a Republic. In a democracy, the majority gets to force its will on the minority. In a republic, your God-given, natural law rights cannot be compromised. Such things as the civil rights act and the americans with disabilities act are just statutes of the government service corporation to which you have contracted. They aren’t your constitutional protections. They were legislated into being. And a corrupt government can, and will, legislate them away. We are currently in a time where these rights are being distorted in the most unimaginable ways in order to destabilize the natural order of western civilization. This is something that simply could not happen in a republic.
Today, we State Nationals fly this flag at our homes and businesses to indicate that we recognize these locations are places of Peace on the Land and Soil.
Most people are more familiar with Old Glory – our US Wartime Flag – also popularly referred to as “the Stars and Stripes”. Old Glory has continued to be flown over our Governmental buildings since the end of the Civil War, indicating that a “state of War” continues, as franchises of the Municipal and Territorial Federal Corporations have been running our State’s branch of government claiming “in emergency capacity” in our “absence”.
We need to finish the “Reconstruction” of our American governmental branches and resume our duties to relieve these corporations of their “presumed” contractual responsibilities.
