Recon-USA.org is a member of Recon uSA, Private Member Association

1. Private Nature of Agreement

This Terms of Service (“Agreement”) governs the relationship between Gary Lee Pfeffer, the living man, a member of Recon USA, PMA, a Private Member Association (“PMA”), and its subscribing members. By enrolling in Recon-USA.org services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • This is a private agreement among living men and women of the republic.
  • It does not create or imply any statutory, corporate, or public contract with any incorporated entity or non-living fiction.
  • All activity and communication herein remain within the private domain of the PMA, separate from statutory jurisdiction.

2. Subscription Requirement

Access to services is restricted to members of the Recon-USA Private Member Association. Subscription to Recon-USA.org services requires active Recon USA, PMA membership. By subscribing, you affirm:

  • That you are a member in good standing of the PMA.
  • That you accept and uphold the principles of republican self-governance as intended by the framers.
  • That all agreements, payments, and interactions are made in private capacity, not in the statutory/public realm.

3. Services Provided

You are subscribing to receive state and/or county level web presence and tools for communications, education, and administration, including:

  • Website Control Panel: Manage colors, banners, seals, menus, and site information.
  • Communications Tools: Meeting rooms, chat channels, newsletters, and email management.
  • Knowledge Base & Archives: Educational pages, libraries, and historical records.
  • Interactive Assembly Map: Offices filled and not filled at state and county levels.
  • Management of Offices, contact information and service terms as well as other information as the system expands.
  • Events & Scheduling: Centralized planning and event publishing for each state and county.
  • Links & Resources: Add and manage helpful references for the people of your state or county.
  • Donations: Local fundraising tools to support assembly and outreach activities.
  • Ongoing Upgrades: The system may expand or improve over time with new features.

4. Subscription & Payment

  • Subscriber services are provided for a yearly subscription fee.
  • Subscriptions may be renewed automatically or by manual re-subscription each year.
  • Accepted payment methods include:
    • United States Dollar (USD/FRNs) – used out of necessity since lawful money was suspended in 1933 and never restored. Use of Federal Reserve Notes (FRNs) does not constitute consent to corporate/statutory jurisdiction.
    • Cryptocurrency – certain digital currencies may also be accepted as lawful equivalents in private agreement.
  • Fees are non-refundable once the service period has begun.

5. Private Financial Understanding

By making payment, you affirm:

  • That FRNs (USD) are tendered under necessity, without prejudice, and do not imply statutory or corporate contract.
  • That payment is made strictly under private agreement between living men and women, and is not subject to statutory financial regulation.
  • That crypto payments, when used, remain private exchanges of value between members.

6. Renewal & Termination

  • Subscribers are responsible for timely renewal to avoid interruption of services.
  • Recon-USA.org management reserves the right to suspend or terminate service for non-payment, abuse of the system, or violation of the PMA principles.
  • Termination of service does not terminate PMA membership unless otherwise determined by the PMA.

7. Privacy & Security

  • All member data, communications, and archives are maintained in the private domain of Recon-USA.org.
  • No information will be shared with statutory authorities or corporate third parties unless compelled under physical force outside of private agreement
  • Subscribers agree to maintain confidentiality of Recom-uSA.ord matters.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Services are provided “as is” within the PMA framework.
  • Recon-USA.org and its administrators are not liable for statutory claims, corporate disputes, or interference by non-member entities.
  • Subscribers agree that all disagreements shall be resolved privately, in honor, among living men and women, not in statutory courts.

9. Amendments

  • Recon-USA.org may refine or expand these terms from time to time, with notice given to members.
  • Continued use of services after notice constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

10. Agreement of the Parties

By subscribing, you affirm that you:

  • Are a living man or woman of the republic, acting in private capacity.
  • Accept these terms as a private agreement, not subject to statutory jurisdiction.
  • Understand that your use of Recon-USA.org services is conditioned upon PMA membership and adherence to it’s principles.
