Private Member Association Membership Agreement
Association Name: Reconstruction uSA, PMA
1. Purpose of the Association
The Reconstruction uSA, PMA (hereafter “the Association”) is a Private Member Association (PMA) formed for the private exchange of ideas and educational services relating to the lawful reconstruction of American government in the post-Civil War era. The Association promotes the following principles:
- The study and advancement of constitutional, pre-14th Amendment governance
- Restoration of self-governance based on original intent, lawful contracting, and private rights
- Protection and exercise of the unalienable Right to Contract, free of interference by government entities
- The right to assemble, publish, discuss, and teach alternative frameworks for governance through lawful private activity
- Facilitation of private seminars, content, discussions, and member-to-member exchanges that support these aims
The Association is not a public corporation, political party, lobbying group, or commercial entity. It exists solely within the private domain, protected by natural law and constitutional principles (Article I, Section 10 of the U.S. Constitution and related jurisprudence). It is a private agreement between its members, having no tangible location, assets or other physical properties.
2. Terms of Membership
By signing this agreement (manually or digitally), I affirm the following:
- I am a natural man or woman, competent to contract, acting in full capacity and without coercion
- I have read and agree to the Private Membership Agreement and support the private nature and stated purpose of the Association
- I understand that this Association exists and operates privately, not under any statutory or corporate governance
I understand that:
- This is a contractual relationship, not a membership in any public organization
- Membership does not grant operational control or public authority
- Membership may be revoked at any time by the Manager for violation of the terms, for disruptive behavior, or for acting contrary to the Association’s purpose
- I may leave the private membership association at any time for any reason. But, any and all activity while in the private membership agreement will forever be protected by private contract outside the control of all government, corporate and/or other entities.
3. Governance
I understand the Association is governed by Offices:
- Office of Manager (Executive authority)
- Office of Junior Manager
- Office of Secretary
Only these Offices have voting rights. The Manager retains the final and overriding authority in all matters and may reverse or nullify any vote or decision.
4. Jurisdiction and Liability
- I agree that all disputes with or within the Association shall be resolved through private mediation, arbitration, or ecclesiastical forum, and that I waive access to public courts regarding such matters
- I hold harmless the Association and its Officers from any liability for actions undertaken in the course of private Association activity
- I agree not to speak publicly on behalf of the Association without written approval
5. Digital Execution and Records
I further agree that this agreement is binding under common law, as a private contract between competent men and women, and that digitally signed or copied versions shall carry the same lawful weight as handwritten originals, provided they reflect voluntary agreement and intent. This agreement exists outside of statutory jurisdiction and does not derive its authority from any public law or code.
6. Affirmation of Intent
I freely and voluntarily enter into this agreement as a private contract, outside the jurisdiction of statutory entities. I affirm that I understand and support the Association’s purpose and will conduct myself honorably within the private domain of membership.
